1. The Platform

MFH Labs provides digital services related to blockchain-based digital collectibles (NFTs), creator tools, and related features. Some services may require ownership of specific digital collectibles.

Digital collectibles consist of an NFT and associated digital content, which is licensed to you, not sold. Ownership of the underlying content remains with MFH Labs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet connection.

You may not sell, rent, or share your account access.

MFH Labs is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by loss of credentials, wallet keys, or user error.

4. Wallets & Payments

MFH Labs does not custody digital assets or wallets.

To purchase digital collectibles, you must connect a supported third-party wallet. All transactions occur on the blockchain and are final. Lost wallet access cannot be recovered by MFH Labs.

All prices and supported payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. No Investment Representation

Digital collectibles are provided for personal use and enjoyment only.

They do not represent equity, profit-sharing, investment products, or financial instruments of any kind.

MFH Labs does not guarantee future value, resale price, or liquidity of any digital collectible.

6. Secondary Sales

You may resell digital collectibles on compatible third-party marketplaces at your own risk.

MFH Labs may receive a resale royalty where supported by the platform.

Third-party marketplaces are independent services governed by their own terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate laws or third-party rights
• misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security
• misrepresent MFH Labs, creators, or digital collectibles
• use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by MFH Labs or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data and process information in line with GDPR.

10. Service Availability

Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

MFH Labs is not liable for interruptions, technical issues, or third-party outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform and digital collectibles are provided "as is."

MFH Labs is not responsible for losses caused by blockchain risks, wallet errors, third-party services, or market fluctuations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, with disputes resolved through arbitration in Belgrade, Serbia.
